Wood framing is nearing completion and the exterior sheathing is underway at M3 Ranch's new 3,338 sq ft. community amenity center in Mansfield TX. With structural elements now in place, the space is beginning to offer a glimpse of the vibrant community hub it will become. Next up for this project will be exterior finishes such as stone wainscoting and siding.
